Monday, March 17, 2007 was L'Oréal Fashion Week Fall 2008 in Toronto, and the new Tent at Nathan Phillips Square at Toronto’s City Hall was high and ready to go. The theme for The FDCC (The Fashion Design Council of Canada) was “Where in the World”, I really did not know what the saying meant, but I thought it was interesting.
